Application Deadline for Fall is April 15 . Deadline for Spring is October 15

To apply for the Visiting Student Program or the Exchange Student Program, please use the University of Arkansas' official application portal. 

Students applying independently, will need to include a USD $50 application fee. This fee is waived for students of our partner institutions. 

Before filling out the application, you will need to have each of the following documents ready (doc, docx, or pdf format):

• A brief  personal statement telling us more about yourself and your educational goals
• A completed Letter of Nomination form from your institution
• A completed Supplemental and Financial Support  form
• A completed Immunization Record  form
• A copy of your academic record (transcript)
• A copy of your English language proficiency score (TOEFL, IELTS, Pearson, etc.)
• A copy of the identification page from your passport
