Location: We are located at 104 Holcombe Hall , on Garland Avenue between Maple and Douglas.
Office Hours: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our office is open year-round, but we are closed on official university holidays.
Parking: Please allow extra time to arrive for appointments since parking is limited. The nearest available parking is in the Garland Avenue parking garage. DO NOT park in the University House parking lot behind Holcombe Hall. This lot is reserved on a 24-hour basis, and you may be ticketed and/or towed.
Scheduling an Appointment: Please use our online system to schedule an appointment with an ISS immigration advisor (recommended) or call the front desk at 479-575-5003. To schedule an appointment with one of our programming staff, please call our front desk at 479-575-5003.
Online Chat: If you have a brief, general question, you are invited to use our online chat service. Chat is available on the ISS website home page from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., 12:00-1:00 p.m. and 5:00-5:30 p.m. most days the office is open.
