Tuition Advantage
The University of Arkansas may waive a certain percentage of the out-of-state portion of tuition for qualifying students from select countries and U.S. states.
Students may receive a renewal of their Tuition Advantage each year if they meet all renewal criteria. Please see the links below for details:

If you lose your Tuition Advantage by failing to meet the renewal criteria, it is possible to qualify for reinstatement. Please visit the Office of Academic Scholarship website to view the criteria for reinstatement. Submit petitions for reinstatement to soappeal@uark.edu.
Bolivia Tuition Advantage
The University of Arkansas is proud to provide a tuition advantage for all qualifying UNDERGRADUATE and GRADUATE level students from Bolivia.

To Renew This Tuition Advantage
- You must be enrolled full time in your degree program at the University of Arkansas.
- Undergraduate students must be enrolled in 12.0 credit hours per semester;
- Undergraduate students must earn a 2.0 grade point average and successfully complete 24.0 credit hours each academic year.
- Graduate students must be enrolled in 9.0 credit hours per semester.
- Graduate students must earn at least a 2.85 grade point average and successfully complete 18.0 credit hours each academic year.
Caribbean Tuition Advantage
The University of Arkansas is proud to provide a tuition advantage for all qualifying UNDERGRADUATE students from the Caribbean.
To Qualify
- Meet all admissions criteria and be accepted as a degree-seeking student.

Anguilla, Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Ja-maica, Martinique, Montserrat, Nevis, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Trinidad and Tobago, or Turks and Caicos Islands
